Hello everyone! There is a fresh new recipe up on the website, and an article about a topic that arose in the community last week regarding plant based sources of omega 3 fatty acids.

This week's recipe was certainly inpired by what is happening in my garden: lots and lots of tomatoes and tomatillos! I have been making lots of large pot meals (which means a lot of leftovers) to use up what is growing... so there's a little bit less to throw in the dehydrator or can.

Have a great remainder of your week, and hope that your long weekend included some fun!
