The soup is incredibly easy to make, either in the slow cooker or on the stovetop, and I offer a bunch of ways to dish it up too. Eat it as a soup, a stew, a noodle dish - you name it. It's hearty like a meal all on its own as well. I also have a kale chip recipe that you can make in a dehydrator or the oven. Options for everything.
