Hello! There are new recipes for this week that offer some seasonal flavors to warm you up. Or keep your mind off things. Or both!

This week we have a hearty winter stew that features mushrooms, barley and root vegetables. The flavors come from a mushroom broth coupled with turmeric, garlic, and more. It's really flavorful and will fill you up.

We also have a new recipe for a creamy tomatillo and jalapeno dressing. If you don't have tomatillos at your local store, just use apples! I love this one, and made liters of the stuff to freeze because it was my favorite recipe using tomatillos. Adjust the spice level to fit your family, and try it in your next wrap.

Take care,

--Jen
