I recently posted a new recipe for a kale pesto that is really handy for the wintertime. But what can you use it with? Of course there are a ton of things you can do with pesto, from sandwiches to pasta, but what about something with a whole grain? I tried this farro salad out both warm and chilled, and it's a great way to get your grains and vegetables all in one go. Read on for the recipe!
