My husband and I had the good fortune to try out The Very Good Butchers recently, a plant-based restaurant in Victoria B.C. Canada. We moved back to the island (about 2 hours north of Victoria) to find a piece of property to start our sustainable plant farming. And what timing! This fantastic little eatery just opened up.
