The Beyond Burger has taken the plant-based world by storm. If you follow vegan news and Twitter feeds, you’ve probably come across a story or three about its recent introduction to Whole Foods Markets (currently just about everywhere except here in Nor California!), and then some of the Veggie Grill locations. A few days ago it was announced they were in all Veggie Grill locations, so I headed to the one near me in San Jose to try it out. I was anxious they’d be sold out or something, when I noticed my brain was truly washed with the hype.
So even if you don’t have a Veggie Grill location near you, you can find these burgers at most Whole Foods locations and craft your own. I would love to know what you do with them – share your favorite toppings and preparation in the comments!
