We are going to start posting news, events, and more on this site that is relevant to plant-based eating and the vegan lifestyle. One of the biggest ongoing events is Veganuary, where people pledge to eat a vegan diet for the month of January (and hopefully continue after learning how easy, compassionate, and healthful this lifestyle is!). We are only a few weeks away from another great month filled with interesting new recipes and people learning more about this way of eating and living.
In recent news, the folks behind Veganuary announced that they are launching a USA based campaign for Americans to join and pledge their commitment to a vegan diet for January. This means that Veganuary will be offering support with brands familiar in North America, US-based retailers, restaurants, and more. These brands will offer incentives to those who have taken the pledge as well! Expansions into other countries is expected.
